Coleman, Chris

Traveling the world playing music, Chris Coleman began pointing his camera to share his adventures, as well as sharpen his artistic eye. Still yearning for more forms of artistic expression, Chris started painting simple images that reflect his love of history and the old west. He creates powerful images that evoke strong emotions from the viewer, a long for what was or might have been. His work has been described as a “minimalist style that doesn’t dictate the story but rather beautifully allows it”. Working rapidly in a stream consciousness style, Chris produces works that are truly one of a kind.
